Meditation Retreat – Awakening
October 11–20 | Plajny – Ogród Dobrych Myśli | Poland
You are invited to a 10-day meditation retreat in a quiet place, away from the busyness of everyday life.
This is a time to pause, come closer to your direct experience, and explore what happens when you truly allow space for silence.
The central theme of this retreat is awakening — understood not as an idea, but as a direct recognition of what is already present when the tension of control and identification begins to relax.
This retreat is an invitation to a direct meeting with awakening — not as a concept, but as something that can be recognized in silence and awareness.
The retreat is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. A small group supports deeper practice and closer contact with the teachers.
Location
We will meet in Plajny (www.plajny.pl) — a quiet retreat place in Warmia, Poland, surrounded by nature.
The environment supports calm, silence, and focused practice.
Accommodation is in shared double rooms.

Teachers
Delson Armstrong is a respected meditation teacher known for guiding practitioners into deep states such as the jhānas and toward the liberating goal of the Buddha’s path. Drawing on years of training in yoga, Vedic philosophy, and TWIM, he offers clear, practical teachings rooted in the early Buddhist suttas, supported by his strong command of Pali and Sanskrit texts. His works, including A Mind Without Craving (2021), reflect his mastery of advanced meditation and make his teachings widely sought after.
Andrzej Stasiak (Laboratorium Szczęścia) Co-teacher of the retreat.
His path began with personal experiences of addiction, depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. These ordinary human struggles became a direct field of practice and understanding that now forms the basis of his teaching — grounded more in lived experience than in book knowledge.
He emphasizes that he is an ordinary person and offers nothing special beyond an invitation to see what is already present. His teaching is rooted in authenticity, humility, and direct contact with experience.
It focuses on relaxation instead of traying, awareness instead of control, and acceptance instead of becoming someone else.
